撤军 & 退款政策

任何在学期结束前自愿离校的学生必须正式退学. It is imperative to complete this process in order not to jeopardize future financial aid. The student initiates the withdrawal procedure with the Office of 金融援助. 如果退学发生在课程的第十周之前，经济援助将根据退学日期重新计算. The process is completed in the Student Accounts Office, 如本目录“费用”一节所述，学费可以在哪里退款.

 A student who withdraws before the last date to drop with a W will be assigned W grades. 如果学生在W的最后退学日期之后完全退学，那么该学生通过的课程将被评为WP，不及格的课程将被评为WF.  WP或WF的成绩将由教师对学生表现的评估来决定，直到学生被认为退学的那一天.  The withdrawal date is based on the date of notification of the withdrawal and is posted on the student’s record by the office of the Registrar.

When dropping a class but not withdrawing from school:

在常规学期的退课/加课期限的最后一天或在课程时间表信息中指定的日期前退课的学生将获得退款.

 When withdrawing from school:

If a student elects to withdraw after beginning attendance, 学生必须联系财政援助办公室办公室启动正式的退出程序. Any situation in which all classes are dropped is considered withdrawal from the University.

Upon withdrawing from all registered courses, prior to the first day of the module, prorated tuition refunds are available for a limited time-frame, as outlined in the University Catalogs under Academic 日历 for modules.  Financial aid recipients withdrawing from the University may not earn all financial aid, resulting in a bill due to the University, and should contact the Office of 金融援助 for more complete withdrawal information.

Students with 金融援助

Room and Board (Meals)

During each semester’s last day to qualify for a tuition refund for dropping a course, a student may voluntarily reduce or cancel a commitment for room and board (i.e. 膳食计划). Charges for the board are recomputed to arrive at the amount refundable. Room charges are refunded 100% excluding the $75 non-refundable room breakage deposit, plus you will be charged a $200.00费.

 After the semester’s last day to qualify for a tuition refund for dropping a course ends, room-and-board commitments are considered non-canceled. 然而, 另一种房间分配可以由全球赌博十大网站住宿生活主任授权, and a meal plan can be changed but only to one that offers more meals per week.

May and Summer Terms
